What is Xoximilco?

Xoximilco is from start to finish the best and most traditional Mexican party in Cancun, where the entire family can step on board a colorful traditional Mexican party barge that will take you down Cancun’s beautiful canals. Led by a personable host, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner of the flavors of Mexico, an open beer and tequila bar, and lively dancing and singing along to mariachi and other live music assembles. Culture, great food and drinks drive this party, so whether it’s a special occasion or just a fun night out, this nightlife excursion has all the elements needed to bring together the best and most entertaining Mexican fiesta!

What days is it open and what are the hours?

Xoximilco Cancun is open Monday to Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. If you purchase the Xoximilco Tour, transportation pickup begins at 6:00 p.m.

How long is the ride on the trajinera?

The duration is 3 hours approximately.

Are children allowed?

Although we recommend a minimum age of 5 years old, for the party at Xoximilco, everyone’s invited.

How much is the reservation for Xoximilco?

Only admission has a cost of $89.00 USD adults and $44.50 USD children. If you want to add transportation from the comfort of your hotel, the cost is $107.10 USD adults and $59.50 USD children.

Can I get there by car or do I have to pay the tour?

Yes, you can arrive in your own vehicle; however you must make a reservation prior to your visit to ensure your admission by calling the contact numbers listed in the previous question

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change the date of my visit?

Yes, you just have to communicate with customer service or send an email to servicioalcliente@experienciasxcaret.com.mx. Remember that dates are subject to availability because the rides have a maximum number of passengers per trajinera. Any change in the date of access may request a price adjustment and will be subject to availability.

Are there activities with extra cost?

No, all the activities at Xplor are included in your admission.

Can I cancel my visit?

Yes, cancellations are allowed on the following basis: the ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Reservations cancelled with more than 2 days in advance before the booking date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 2-0 days or in case of no show, reservations are non refundable. Packages and Xperience Passport, are NOT CANCELABLES nor REFUNDABLE.

¿Can I change my admission to Xoximilco for a ticket or tour to another Park of Experiencias Xcaret group?

No, our tours or Park admission are not redeemable for other products. Your ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No, in Experiencias Xcaret tickets for any of our attractions are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

What clothing and footwear is recommended?

We recommend you bring comfortable clothes and shoes.

Are there bathrooms during the tour?

Yes, we have areas of service, which will be accessible during the stops made during the tour.

Does the ticket include all drinks you want?

Only includes an open bar of fruit-flavored water, beer, tequila and soda. Other drinks are priced separately.

What type of food is served?

Dips, Mexican dishes, course meal with pork, beef, seafood, chicken and desserts.

Is there a children’s menu?

Yes, we have children’s menu.

Is there a vegetarian menu?

Yes, we have a gastronomic proposal for vegetarians.

What activities are enjoyed in Xoximilco?

During the tour in trajinera there will be Mexican music with Mariachi, Grupo Jarocho, Marimba, Trova Yucatec and Bolero, the whole fiesta will be enlivened by the trajinero and seasoned with a tasting of delicious Mexican food and an open bar of tequila, beer, soft drinks and fruit-flavored water.

SCHEDULES AND TRANSPORTATION LOGISTICS

How to know if I there is pick-up at hotel I’m staying?

When purchasing your ticket online with transportation included, a list of hotels with available pick-up will be displayed. If you do it through our contact numbers, the operator will inform you if there is a pick-up at the hotel where you’re staying or otherwise, the closest hotel with pick up available.

At what time is the pick-up and where should I wait for it??

The exact time will be confirmed upon purchase. It is essential to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup. If you require more information about your transportation please call Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 am and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Local Time. It is important to confirm your transportation service with at least 48 hours in advance. The transportation that will pick you up at your hotel may have the logo of any of our Parks: Xcaret, Xel-Há or Xplor or the company logo Experiencias Xcaret. The transfer may be by van or luxury bus depending on the operation.

What time will I be back at the hotel?

The time will depend on the location of the hotel and the schedule of your trajinera.

If my hotel is not on the pick-up list, where else will it be done?

If you buy via internet, at the time of purchase you must choose the closest hotel you are staying. If you buy through our contact numbers, the advisor will tell you what the best option.

How long is the transfer from my hotel to Xoximilco?

The transfer time depends on the location of the hotel. Xoximilco channels are 5 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, 35 from Playa del Carmen, 15 from Puerto Morelos and 20 from the Cancun, at Km 338 Carretera Cancun - Chetumal.
