Beef fillet drenched in plum mole, accompanied by spiced lobster. Served with mashed potatoes, wrapped huitlacoche, baby corn, and caramelized onions. Accompanied by a selection of handmade bread. An explosion of flavor!

Fluffy chocolate sponge cake covered with cocoa cream and a touch of red fruit jelly, the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.
